S — Sunlight
Sunlight is one of nature's most healing agencies. It destroys germs, improves circulation, strengthens bones, and lifts the spirit. The Sun of Righteousness brings healing in His wings.

Malachi 4:2
“But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.”
Spirit of Prophecy
“There are but few who realize that, in order to enjoy health and cheerfulness, they must have an abundance of sunlight, fresh air, and physical exercise... A flood of light sent into rooms where the sick have been confined, will do more in many cases than medicines.”
