Holistic Living
Exploring Sabbath rest, service, and intellectual growth as integral parts of the health message.
The Sabbath rest is not merely a religious obligation—it is a divinely engineered reset for the human system. From Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, God invites His people to cease from labor, reconnect with their Creator, and experience the physical, mental, and spiritual renewal that comes from complete rest.
Modern research confirms what Scripture has taught for millennia: weekly rest reduces cortisol levels, improves immune function, strengthens relationships, and increases productivity during the other six days.
The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people (Exodus 31:13), a memorial of Creation (Genesis 2:1-3), and a foretaste of the eternal rest awaiting the redeemed (Hebrews 4:9-11).
