How to Use This System
Use colored pencils, gel pens, or highlighters in three specific colors to mark health-related verses in your Bible. Each color represents a different category of health instruction. As you study through the NEWSTART principles and study modules, mark the referenced verses in the appropriate color. Over time, you will build a visible “health chain” throughout your Bible that connects Genesis to Revelation.
Emerald Green
Health & Life Laws
Use for verses that state God's original health laws, dietary instructions, and principles for physical well-being. These are the foundational commands for body stewardship.
Gold / Amber
Promises of Healing & Restoration
Use for verses that contain God's promises of healing, restoration, peace, and health. These remind us of what God will do when we follow His plan.
Azure Blue
Commands for Holy Living
Use for direct commands and exhortations to live holy, temperate, and purpose-driven lives. These call us to action and obedience.
